What happened to the Hornets? For a team that beat the Spurs at home by an average of 20 points they sure pulled a 180 last night. How’d they blow it? Chris Paul wasn’t assertive enough on offense (only 18 points, 7 points below his playoff average), Jannero Pargo took too many shots (6-for-16), Peja Stojakovic played like a mere mortal, and Bonzi Wells was nonexistent (0-1).
The team somehow ran away from the formula that got them those 20-point wins in the previous 3 games. They stopped feeding David West the rock and somehow let Jannero Pargo become the first option. The whole team pretty much blew it.
End Rant.

A very touching story about Chris Paul – a must see.
and at last night’s game, CP3 did something for a sick fan. The Hornets star paid tribute to a young fan by writing his name on his shoe. Sadly, the young boy didn’t live to see his hero in action.
