Fresh off winning the Gold in China, Orlando Magic center Dwight Howard threw out the first pitch at the Tampa Bay Rays’ game Wednesday night. From the looks of video, Howard used his long extension to deliver it across the plate.

Howard’s presence proved to be a good luck charm for the Rays, who crushed the visiting Red Sox in an important matchup 10-3.
