Yeah Im lucky. And proud to be. I was lucky with MicroSolutions when we started selling LANS in 1983 before anyone else and sold to compuserve. I was lucky selling corporate business applications I wrote and developed. I was lucky with Precept, a hedge fund built on my tech background that I sold (didnt know about that one did you..). I was lucky with broadcast.com , I was lucky to start HDNet years before anyone else thought HD had a chance, lucky with about 10 other companies too.

I will keep on getting lucky, you guys will keep on writing comments on blogs.

There’s a rumor going around that Stephon Marbury just purchased a brand new $45 million dollar private jet.

From NYpost.com:

Marbury – in the last year of his Knicks contract, which will pay him another $21 million – is said to have plunked down about $45 million for the aircraft.

Why is there a statue of Shaq in one of Beijing’s most popular parks?

This part of the park is filled with basketball courts and pingpong tables and is sponsored by Li Ning, a Chinese sportswear giant, sort of an Asian Nike. Li Ning is the former Olympic gold-medal gymnast who lighted the torch during the Beijing opening ceremony. Li Ning commissioned the statue of Shaq two years ago after O’Neal signed a five year endorsement deal.

During an interview about the launch of her new video-sharing Web site, Shaunie O’Neal told The Associated Press that the couple plans to stop divorce proceedings soon.

“Neither one of us could probably answer why we were getting one in the first place,” Shaunie O’Neal said.

Shaquille O’Neal filed for divorce in Miami-Dade Circuit Court in September 2007, after nearly five years of marriage.

“Things have been going so great, that someone actually had to remind us that ‘Hey, you do remember those papers are still there.’ Literally, it was days ago,” Shaunie O’Neal said. “So, we’ve agreed that before we leave Florida in a few days we’ll make sure that that’s gone away.”

The couple has six children: four together, and each had one of their own before the Dec. 26, 2002, wedding.
