King Kong LeBron

Posted by Admin in Cavs, racism

The cover of Vogue magazine’s April issue draws much comparison to LeBron James and supermodel Gisele Bundchen to an old WWI military recruitment ad focusing on King Kong. This latest controversy is pissing off the Black community because how Black men are viewed. Check out the pics and tell me what you think…

The Heat Are Impotent

Miami Heat are impotent

The worst game played in the shot-clock era belongs to the Miami Heat. Sunday’s 88-62 loss at Boston established an NBA record for fewest field goals in a game in the shot-clock era, which began in the 1954-55 season, by making just 17 shots. It’s no wonder coach Pat Riley chose to be away scouting the NCAA Tournament.

The games are so bad lately, even Dwayne Wade can’t bear to watch from the bench.

Isaiah Rider Arrested For GTA

Posted by Admin in News

Isaiah Rider is at it again…This time police sources say Rider was driving through skid row in L.A. at 2:30 when he failed to stop at the limit line at an intersection — c’mon Isaiah it’s like crossing the line while shooting freethrows.

Cops ran the plates and found the 2001 Chevy Monte Carlo was hot, so the LAPD popped him for grand theft auto (and crossing a limit line) and he was booked on $25,000 bail.

Rider was arrested earlier this month for possession of narcotics and evading a cop.

In 2006, he was also busted for kidnapping. He pled guilty to lesser charges, including felony cocaine possession. He was sentenced to seven months in jail and was placed on three years probation.

Kobe Bryant is a Cut Above the Rest

Posted by Admin in Kobe, Lakers, Warriors

Here’s a nice visual of Kobe after his face was cut during the second half of the Lakers / Warriors game last night. The Lakers beat the Warriors 123-119 in overtime thanks to the help of a flopping Derek Fisher. Kobe led all scorers with 30 points.

Here’s a video of the final three-plus minutes of overtime. You’ll need to fast forward to the 7:14 mark to see the phantom foul that decided the game. Hear the hometown announcer go berserk: “This is just wrong. It’s not even basketball!”
